Forest Bathing — Mission Earth

What is

What is Forest Bathing?

Forest Bathing, or “Shinrin-yoku”, is the practice of spending slow, deliberate time in the forest with all five senses open. It is not a hike to conquer a summit — it is stopping, listening, smelling, touching, and letting the forest do its work on your body and mind.

01

Walk slowly

Short distances over a long time. The point is what you notice, not how far you go.

02

Open your senses

Listen to the forest, smell the soil and leaves, feel the bark and the wind.

03

Guided throughout

A facilitator leads you through activities that connect you with nature along the way.
